Asynchronous Tape Machine AssTap-8

Eight independent sample loops, each with its own sense of time and a questionable commitment to the original recording.
Load your sounds and let probability reshape their loop boundaries, playback direction, level, filtering, and position in the stereo field.
Each track can preserve its original behaviour or gradually mutate, while shared chorus and reverb bring the wandering parts together.
Without forced synchronisation, phrases drift into unexpected relationships, forming patterns that emerge, unravel, and occasionally sound suspiciously intentional.
Feed it a little silence alongside your sounds—the machine needs room to misbehave.
